Porsche Smart Battery Shop s.r.o. (PSBS) is an 85% subsidiary of the German Porsche Werkzeugbau GmbH and a 15% subsidiary of the Slovak Porsche Werkzeugbau s.r.o. and thus belongs to the Porsche Werkzeugbau Group.

The registered office of Porsche Smart Battery Shop s.r.o. is located in Dubnica nad Váhom (Slovakia). The company's branch office is built in Horna Streda.
